Correspondence Analysis

This application allows to compute a correspondence analysis based on the singular value decomposition.

You can import your data in CSV format. It assumes that you keep your data tidy: each variable must be saved in its own column and each sample must be saved in its own row.

This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY.
